Ever since I moved to Richmond area I was told to take to Jeremys by other members of the church. My kids have older vehicles and need help at times to get fixed. Jeremy has been great to work with and even though I don't like paying for car repairs I trust that he will be fair, honest and upfront with me.

Jeremy and his staff always do a great job. Very friendly folks who treat their customers very fair.

His used car business has rapidly grown and again, I have found reliably and quality in his offerings.

It takes a lot for me review anything. I have to have a truly amazing experience or the absolute worst. Jeremy’s Automotive was above and beyond amazing. Getting into an accident is clearly not a fun way to start your day, but from the instant the tow truck showed up to take away my poor baby, I felt truly well taken care of (well at least in regards to them). The first thing the driver said when he arrived, was him asking if I was ok. After that, I was on the phone with Tony and another gentleman (Doug maybe? I can not remember his name due to my mind not being able to focus the best), several times during the day and this morning. Each time they treated me so kindly and were beyond helpful. They took such amazing care of me. It was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 31 years. Trying to deal with a totaled car, awful AAA service, and just the stress of it all, led to a bit of a rough day. But at the end of it all, I actually feel beyond fortunate that Jeremy’s was the one that was called in. When you have a significant other who’s entire career is the car shipping industry, and who deals with impound lots on a daily basis, all you really hear are the difficulties that occur hourly. For him to be impressed with the way I was treated goes to show what kind of place Jeremy’s is. I can not thank everyone there enough.

Reasonable pricing and prompt service is what you can expect here.

In all of my 38 years on this earth, I've never had the experience at a mechanic shop like I did today. Everyone knows a trust worthy mechanic is the hardest thing to find. Today, I found the only mechanic that will be working on my family's vehicles as long as this business stays open. Thank you so much for helping me today.

Being honest I'm very on the fence with these guys. I've lived in Richmond for 10 years now and have taken many of our vehicles to them for various repairs. When they were in the smaller place on 32 & Gratiot they did very good work. Never had a complaint and felt very welcomed. Now they are in the new place and I can't figure what happened. Last year I took my jeep in for a exhaust manifold to be replaced and have a new exhaust put on all the way to the muffler. Some how the bolts weren't put all the way on connecting the Y-pipe to the manifold which caused it to crack within the first couple days. Took it back and they did there best to weld it back up. The welds failed after less than three months and I had to get another manifold put on. ( Took it to a different local shop as I was pissed off about the whole situation.) Then just recently I decided to give them another shot with my daughters Captiva thinking it was just bad luck. The starter needed to be replaced they replaced a timing sensor and said she needed to keep an eye on oil changes a bit better or the belt would go bad. A week later and the starter pinion is sticking out instead of returning and the timing belt seems to have gone already. I can't even drive the damn car up there for them to fix it and not sure I want them to. The starter has a year warranty on it I know so I have to let them do that but not sure about being confident in there work to have them crack into the engine for the belt to be replaced. I want to trust them as they are local but I truly believe their quality of work has drastically diminished. I was going to have them do my alignment on my lifted 2014 Sierra but I'm thinking twice about that also. Good guys but quality seems to be a definite issue now days.
